Account Maintenance/General Questions
Log in to the Member Portal at https://member.idseal.com/login using your email address and password. If you have not yet set up a password for your Member Portal (different from your Security Center password), you will need to reference your email from IDSeal "Complete IDSeal Member Portal Registration" to create your new password then try logging in again.

IDSeal Pro-Tec®
To request a Pro-Tec key, log in to the Member Portal, choose "My Account Information" and select, "Click here to request your Pro-Tec key." Your Pro-Tec key will be emailed, or you can refresh your browser and it will be visible.
If you already have a key, then the Pro-Tec key will be displayed on the "My Account Information" page.
To download IDSeal Pro-Tec®, log in to your Member Portal and select "Downloads". For Windows and Mac: After the download is complete, locate the IDSeal Pro-Tec® installation file and open it. This will initiate the installation wizard. Then, click on the "Install" button and wait for the installation process to finish. Once completed, insert your Pro-Tec key, and you will have successfully installed IDSeal Pro-Tec® on your device.
For mobile devices: Please visit the Google Play or Apple Store and search for "IDSeal Pro-Tec"® or log into your Member Portal and select "Downloads" on your mobile device.
Note for iOS users: use the email that you registered with IDSeal as your log in email, and enter your Pro-Tec key including dashes as your password. Android users simply enter in your Pro-Tec key.
